We will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, but weather and delivery problems beyond our control may cause delays. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your ice cream for delivery on the next business day.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We pack and ship Monday through Thursday. We do not pack, ship or deliver over the weekend. All orders placed on a Friday, Saturday
and / or Sunday are packed and shipped on Monday and arrive at your door on Tuesday.

All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday through Thursday are packed and shipped the same day and delivered the following day.

If you place your order after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, your order will be packed and shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

If you place your order after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, your order will be packed and shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.

If you place your order after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, your order will be packed and shipped on Thursday and delivered on Friday.

If you place your order after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, your order will be packed and shipped on the following Monday and delivered on the following Tuesday.

SERVICE AREA + SCIENCE
We ship, via FedEx, to 48 of the 50 United States (sorry Alaska & Hawai’i) and the District of Columbia. We pack our gourmet ice cream in eco-friendly (recycled, biodegradable and compostable) packaging, in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.
ORDER TRACKING + TRANSIT TIME
You will receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships. No frozen goods will be in transit more than 24 hours.
